Jake Backhouse joins Drochaid Research Services as a Research Scientist.

With a background in undergraduate chemistry from Durham University and a PhD focusing on immobilised catalysts for hydroformylation applications, Jake brings expertise in homogeneous and heterogeneous catalyst development.

His skills include air-sensitive chemical synthesis, characterization, and high-pressure autoclave techniques.
