SUSTAINABLE CHEMISTRY CAREERS EVENT

Dr David Brown of Drochaid Research Services, will be a panel member at this event, and he will talk about his experience, the areas of Chemistry he uses in his job, and the importance of green initiatives and sustainable developments.

This panel discussion will be an opportunity for Chemistry students to gain insight into the career opportunities working in sustainability.

The panel discussion will focus on the growing prominence in sustainable careers and exciting new opportunities for research and technological developments, to face the mounting climate challenge. He will be discussing the work he does in sustainability, including his career path, what challenges in sustainability Drochaid Research are involved in?  What are the main challenges of the next few decades? and give some guidance for those students of Chemistry looking to take the same career direction.
