Zero Waste Scotland
April 22, 2019
Thanks to Louise McGregor, Head of Circular Economy Zero Waste Scotland for visiting Drochaid Research Services labs last week. We look forward to pursuing the various opportunities we identified.
At Drochaid Research Services we believe that catalysis has a critical role in delivering the circular economy, this could potentially involve enabling the use of alternative raw materials in an energy and materially efficient way, introduction of functionality to improve product performance and lifetime and assisting remanufacturing and reprocessing. As such we were delighted to host a visit by Louise McGregor, Head of Circular Economy for Zero waste Scotland. This gave us an opportunity to demonstrate our experimental capability in catalysis and materials science, as well as discussing opportunities where this could be exploited. Some specific actions were agreed and we look forward to pursuing these over the coming months
